Naomi and I chat about the importance for educators to understand neuroscience and psychology when working with students in the classroom, as well as for our own mental and emotional wellbeing. We discuss Naomi's fantastic acronym of N.E.R.D.Y. when considering what it means to be an empathetic educator.
